These contract terms are effective from September 1, 2023 \u2014 Sports\u00f3l Hamras\u00f3l ehf. (5310230480)<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the terms of the subscription agreement. The following terms apply to tanning subscriptions at Sports\u00f3l, and both subscribers and other users are required to comply with these terms.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Sports\u00f3l gives the subscriber access to a tanning card, which the subscriber pays for on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n
  • Sports\u00f3l rents the subscriber unlimited use of tanning sessions while a valid agreement is in effect (based on once per day), with a maximum of 14 minutes each time. It is prohibited to sell, rent, or lend out the subscription.<\/li>\n
  • The subscriber commits for twelve months, or with a 1-month notice period. Cancellation is not possible within the contract period. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable.<\/li>\n
  • Each month’s subscription must be paid in advance by the subscriber.<\/li>\n
  • Sports\u00f3l may change the monthly fee with notice on sportsol.is. However, the monthly fee will not change during the first 1 or 12 months, depending on the length of the contract.<\/li>\n
  • Sports\u00f3l may check subscribers against the Creditinfo default registry. If a subscriber is on the default registry, Sports\u00f3l may terminate the contract or refuse new registration.<\/li>\n
  • Sports\u00f3l owns the tanning beds, and the subscriber must take good care of them.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellations must be submitted with three (3) or one (1) month’s notice, before the 15th of the month, for the cancellation to take effect at the next month’s end. Open-ended and 12-month contracts renew automatically without written cancellation to askrift@sportsol.is.<\/li>\n
  • ID must be shown on every visit to the salon. 18-year age limit.<\/li>\n
  • It is prohibited to allow a third party to use the card or to bring a third party along on a subscription card.<\/li>\n
  • Sports\u00f3l reserves the right to change subscription terms, with at least one month’s notice on sportsol.is.<\/li>\n
  • Sports\u00f3l guarantees the subscriber full confidentiality regarding all information provided in connection with the business.<\/li>\n
